Adam reported on the rumours here on Friday with a story run by CNBC .
The NY Fed has a permanent vote on the FOMC and Yellen has just said Dudley made enormous contributions to Fed policy.
Dudley is scheduled to speak later at 17.10 GMT so I guess we'll get more detail then, if indeed any is needed.
