Reserve Bank of Australia stand ready to buy Australian government bonds - ie. this is RBA QE
RBA will announce further policy measures on Thursday this week.
Note that so far today we have seen aggressive steps from the RBNZ and then the Fed alongside the BOJ, BoE, ECB. I do not know why the RBA would wait until Thursday to announce further.
