Baker Hughes US oil rig count coming up

The march to 10 million barrels per day is on

US oil production is at 9.85 million barrels per day. That is up more than 300 k bpd in the past two weeks. Will it continue to rise?

Almost surely.

Production is likely to hit 10 mbpd in February and the bigger question is what happens beyond that.

Part of the answer will come in the Baker Hughes US oil rig count report at the top of the hour. The prior was 747 oil rigs.
