This piece i found in the Financial Times sounds like a very positive step in the right direction to me.
Still pay bonuses, but pay them in a manner more closely aligned with the longer term performance of the company. We still have a long way to go but well done Barclays!!
I believe this is something that should be legislation everywhere!
