The province data from the Canada mortgage and housing Corporation show the following MoM changes:
The USDCAD is trading lower and moved to the 50% of the move up from the October low. That comes in at 1.32227 and the low for the day has come in at that level. The big event is the BOC decision at 10 AM ET.
