China comments now on 2nd detained Canadian

Official China confirmation now (via state media) a second Canadian has been detained

• Michael Spavor
• being investigated in China for suspicion of harming China's national security
• Ministry of State Security's branch in Dandong city began this investigation on December 10

Verbatim: "engaging in activities that endangered China's national security"

• same charges laid against Michael Kovrig, the first to be apprehended
