Urbanization? Isn’t it crowded and polluted enough?
The Reuters story says the plan will target municipal bonds and corporate bonds to draw foreign capital.
I have lots of questions, namely, why don’t they just sells some US Treasuries or buy fewer of them to finance the plan? Anyway, it’s not something that will move markets right away so we’ll keep an eye on it. $6 trillion is a lot of money.
