Comments from Ding Maozhan, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Governance:
- Average annual growth of approx. 6.6% in the next 5 years would be enough for China
- This could benefit acceleration of economic reforms
- China should keep new jobs target at 10 mln, cap CPI at 3%
- China may face larger downward pressure in 2016
