First drop in four months
Net TIC flows showed an $8.1B outflow from the US. China's Treasury holdings fell $10.4B in the months, which is a drop in the bucket of their $1.12 trillion in holdings.
This might get a bit of traction because of the backdrop but $1.13 trillion to $1.12 trillion is background noise.
