According to Danske Bank's Nordic outlook report

They say that the Swedish central bank is "still too optimistic about actual inflation and inflation expectations" and that "will not trigger rate hikes this year and probably not in 2019 either, as inflation remains too low".

Danske expects a much weaker core inflation development this year as they see a lack of wage cost pressures to push domestic inflation higher. In fact, they expect inflation and property prices to decline in coming months - adding pressure to Riksbank to delay their plans to hike rates.

Riksbank officials have been on the more hawkish side of things over the past week saying that they could possibly raise rates before the ECB does and also saying that the rate hikes could happen in 2H 2018.

Another central bank entering the debate of hiking rates based on the hope that inflation rises.
