Although I am not familiar with the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress, I do know of similar programs out in Long Island because of a family member and a close friend who’s brother is so very ‘special’. There is so much joy and innocence in their eyes that once smitten, you never forget. Just remember, every little bit will help.
