The greenback starts to flex its muscles again
And just like that, the dollar is back. EUR/USD is down to session lows of 1.2182 and cable also falls to session lows of 1.3934. Meanwhile, USD/CHF and USD/CAD are at session highs of 0.9840 and 1.2888 respectively too.
NZD/USD and AUD/USD continue to be battered down and are hugging the lows of the day once again.
It's a broad bid in the dollar after it retraced some of its earlier gains at the end of the European session, but the message today is a clear one: Don't mess with King Dollar.
