Japan economy minister Nishimura: Japan has not completely emerged from deflation

Speaking in parliament, the economy minister:

• Japan has not completely emerged from deflation
• Japan's economy making progress toward emerging from deflation thanks to prolonged recovery
• BOJ, govt will work closely together, take all necessary steps to sustain recovery

Hmmm. CPI figures are low, but they are not negative. Still, a bit of a pep talk from Nishimura is what this is.
