The tweet reads:
Senior EU source on prorogation: "Whatever happens, the EU was never going to change its position because no deal becomes 'more credible' or opponents of 'no deal' would get better organised."
Let's see if they will offer an official communique on the matter in the coming hours/days. I reckon the pound may not welcome such headlines when they do cross the wires.
