The Benn law demands that Johnson ask for an extension but Johnson continues to say he won't do it.

European parliament President Sassoli said Johnson told him in call today that he won't ask for an extension. Sassoli told Johnson that they will be ready to negotiate until the last minute but that so far they have seen no credible proposals.
