Latest US NAHB housing market index for February 2016
- Prior 60. Revised to 61
- Single home sales 65 vs 68 prior
- Prospective buyers 39 vs 44 prior
- 6m expectations 65 vs 64 prior
Definitely signs that the index has topped out but it often does early in the year. As long as we don't see it fall further over the months ahead they will be no worries about the housing market.
