- business optimism fading amid concerns about tariffs
- still sees 2018 – 19 output growing moderately above trend
- I don't think we are quite at neutral interest rates
- real GDP growth in Q2 reflects some transitory factors
- Fed getting close to neutral rate of interest not certain how many more increases all take to get there
- economy in pretty good place but feels recent strength tied to temporary factors not major shift in momentum
