EU Michel and France's Macron say the same thing
German Chancellor Angela Merkel is on the wires saying:
- Difference between EU leaders is too big on budget now
- the decision yet on when negotiations on budget would continue
France's president Macron says:
- not possible to agree on budget today
- deeply regrets note budget deal on EU summit
- got improvement on agricultural subsidies but not enough
EU's Michel adds:
- we need more time to reach deal on EU budget
- unable to reach a deal today
