- Greece will exhaust all efforts for a clear solution on issue of debt restructuring
- IMF's involvement can't be "a la carte"
- preferable to postpone decision than have a bad deal
Just how much more postponing is he thinking of ?
Germany's Schaeuble:
- IMF were being difficult in Monday's talks
- our assumptions on Greek economic development are different from those of the IMF
- one member state said it could not agree with colleagues
- Germany not blocking anything, just sticking to the rules
- if everything goes well we will get a deal in 3 weeks
Why do they continue with this charade?
EU Commission spokesman :
- Greece has delivered
- closing of second Greece review is within reach
- up to Greece's partners to also deliver
