According to Barclays and Goldman Sachs, it's going to be "as good as it gets"

Economists from both banks are forecasting a global growth of 4% next year.

Barclays economists Ajay Rajadhyaksha and Michael Gavin note that "the ongoing economic expansion has substantial momentum", and that "it is not overly reliant on a single geographic region, industry, or source of demand".

And they're not the only ones who are bullish on the world economic outlook next year. JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley both see global growth at 3.7% in 2018, while UBS is forecasting a figure of 3.8%.
