Iran said to want deal to include exemption but rest of OPEC disagrees

• OPEC is now just waiting on Iran only

The deadlock continues. The meeting has entered into the third hour of discussion now and talks with non-OPEC members have yet to begin.

And whenever you hear the phrase "the rest of OPEC", it basically means Saudi Arabia. At this point, we'll only get a decision well past mid-day in Europe.
