Doesn't really provide much details on what he expects moderate to be but he's joining the party and hammering on Draghi much like Bagnai did earlier in the day here. They're pretty much just unhappy that the ECB told them they would have to subscribe to the ESM bailout program for help so just treat the comments above as venting if you will.
