Italy's deputy prime minister comments to Repubblica
- Not concerned by web vote put up by Five Star party
For the uninitiated, Salvini is facing possible charges after he refused to let a migrant ship dock last year - when he was still interior minister - and his coalition ally i.e. Five Star Movement is stirring the pot a little as they are putting up a web poll on whether or not Salvini should receive support for immunity from prosecution.
The message so far that is being put out by the Lega camp (Salvini's party) is that there aren't any massive tensions or crisis in the government, but let's see how things develop down the road.
