Japan's finance minister Aso has perfected the art of speaking with forked tongue
- No citizen is angry because haven't hit 2 percent target
- No need to be too focused on 2% in that sense
I doubt very much Aso is giving a heads up to a change in BOJ policy. More likely just brown-noising the electorate.
They don't call him Ice (cream) Man for nothing.
