Jozef Kollar, Head of the Slovak parliamentary committee says vote recommending EFSF approval may be invalid

Will ask the constitutional committee to rule on whether the vote today was valid. The committee may have needed a majority of 7 members to approve the EFSF treaty, while only 6 including Kollar have endorsed the resolution
