I wonder how far the market has to fall to put another round of stimulus back on the table. I believe the Senate will be tied up with the Supreme Court appointment. That will also destroy any bi-partisan sentiment so I see a deal on stimulus as highly unlikely unless Republicans decide to go for a much higher dollar figure.
