Reuters out with the results of their latest poll of economists 17 Nov
- most economists polled say UK growth risks are to the down side
- 20% chance of UK recession in coming year
- some see 0.25% rate hike in Q4 2018 but 27/55 expect no change, vs Q2 2019 prev
- 2017 GDP 1.5% unch vs prev, 2018 1.3% vs 1.4% prev
I make them right on it being a long way off before we get another rate hike as I have often said here.
Poll on EZ economy:
- f/c 2017 GDP 2.2% as prev
- 2018 1.9% vs 1.8% prev
- 2019 1.7% vs 1.6$ prev

Make of it all what you will. Just putting it out there for consideration.
BOE not raising rates again anytime soon
