There is a report from the Frech press, that France President Macron is no longer excluding a total lockdown to combat the coronavirus surge.
The EURUSD is currently trading right around its 100 hour moving average 1.18312. The price has traded above and below that moving average line in New York session without much upside momentum on the breaks.
