- Urges caution against tightening policy too soon
- Patient, persistent, prudent ECB policy needed
- Exit should show ECB's asymmetrical approach to its inflation goal
It's been a while since we've had a dovish take on the ECB's policies - especially from one of its own. Not sure how well this will go down with the rest of the council though.
EUR/USD now down to 1.2447 as the dollar holds its ground. EUR/GBP at 0.8782 near the highs still. EUR/CHF at 1.1766 stuck in a small range for the day.
