Bloomberg reports that OPEC is working on a deal to stabilize the oil market and raise prices. They are discussing reintroducing an output ceiling, according to delegates but it was one of many proposals discussed.
One somewhat new development is that Saudis and others believe a deal could accommodate Iran.
