Big jump in mortalities
- New Jersey deaths rise 229 to total 1232
- Cases up 3326 to 44416 today (vs 3663 new cases yesterday)
Another spot where the cases are jumping at an alarming rate is Turkey, where they reported 76 new deaths today to 725 and 3862 new confirmed cases. They conducted 20,023 tests yesterday which is a modest number for a country of 82 million.
The market is focused on a few locals right now and especially on the US and UK but the US is just 15% of global GDP growth. This is a global problem and the tide won't truly turn until there's a global solution.
Update: New Jersey is closing all start and county parts and extending the emergency by 30 days
