At 2245GMT we get Q1 Retail Sales from New Zealand:

Prior was 2.1% q/q

Expected is 0.8% q/q

Any better than expected results from this figure should be a net positive for the NZD as it would confirm the resilience of the New Zealand economy and increases the prospect for rate hikes there. Having said this, broad USD strength is the game at present, which is bringing welcome declines in currencies such as NZD and AUD.
