Tokyo's main index closes the day higher as Asian stocks start the week on a positive note

A good start to the week for Asian equities, and the Nikkei also recovered gains after Aso's comments that he won't resign earlier. It's a rather topsy turvy day for the Nikkei - mirrored by the moves in USD/JPY, but closes the day on a strong tone.
