So often of late we have seen very weak stock markets miraculously rise from the dead and pare losses. Today sure looks like an exception as the S&P sits near lows, down about 2.2%.

EUR/USD can’t rally much either, finding sellers on the rallies to the 1.4050 area.

1.3968 remains the key support level for markets near-term. Let’s see if those wimps in Asia have a go at it. I tend to doubt it based on last night’s pathetic performance (horrendous news for EUR but little testicular fortitude to sell from Asian time zone…).
