Not the most encouraging of headlines for oil
The hope as we move towards the December meeting in Vienna is that OPEC+ would come up with deeper output cuts, but there is a growing sense that they would only resort to such measures if oil prices fall much more from current levels.
Besides, there is also an ongoing debate at the moment about demand versus supply for next year with some signs emerging that perhaps the supply glut may not be as bad as feared over the last few months.
