Former Reuters energy correspondent and current senior correspondent at Energy Intel reports that OPEC and non-OPEC partners are thinking about a coordinated production cut after the US elections.
It's gated so I don't have any more details but it seems to have lent a moderate bid to oil in the past 15 minutes.
