S&P 500 rises to best levels since June 15

The S&P 500 is up 15 points to 2775 shortly after the open, building on Friday's 23 point rally. Trade war or no trade war, the bulls are making money.

Part of that was the lower wage growth numbers in Friday's jobs report. That may send the Fed to the sidelines after one more rate hike this year.

The June high was 2791, which is less than 0.6% away.
