Boeing is asking for a $60B bailout after buying back about that much stock in the past few years. That's not a good look.
Democrats are really going after buybacks and it's not the hill Republicans want to die on. I think they might ban all of them. Then again, they can always undo those rules in a few years when the lobbyists start lobbying.
