The Brexit bill was largely agreed to last year but the European Commission may want to reopen negotiations as it asks for more for defense spending, according to a draft document obtained by BBG.

Backtracking from the EU is likely to add a fresh hiccup to negotiations. It's not really a GBP-negative at the moment but it's a reminder of the ever-present risks.
