UK data - Rightmove house prices for April: +1.1% m/m (prior +0.4%)

And for the y/y, -0.1% against prior of -0.8%

The Rightmove survey is of asking prices. 
rose by the most in over a year
1.1% m/m a bigger increase than usual at the start of the spring season
Rightmove director Miles Shipside, on  the delay to Brexit agreed to last week:
  • "We are not anticipating an activity surge, but maybe a wave of relief that releases some pent-up demand to take advantage of static property prices and cheap fixed-rate mortgages"
