Slight delay in the release by the source. The solid jump in house prices for December basically offsets the poor reading in November and helps lift the annual growth to +1.3%. The average house price stands at £229,729 now. However, looking at the quarterly readings, house prices in Q4 was 0.4% lower than in Q3.
