Prices on dwellings improved for the month but remains relatively subdued overall. Economic uncertainty due to Brexit presents a challenging environment still for the housing market so that will be something to consider as we close out the year as well. The average house price declined for the month though falling from £214,534 in October to £214,044 in November.
