Some interesting comments there by Barclay pertaining to the Cooper/Letwin bill. I don't quite get the message he's trying to convey but it seems to imply that there could potentially be some twists and turns along the way later on.

The House of Lords should begin proceedings surrounding the bill at about 1030 GMT and set out the motion for a debate/vote later on in the day. The pound has lost its optimism from the early morning with cable now trading at flat levels at 1.3155 after having fallen to a low of 1.3143 earlier.
