US MBA mortgage market index data report 14 October 2015
- Purchase index 169.6 vs 257.4
- Refi index 1631.4 vs 2106.2 prior
- 30 year mortgage rate 3.99% vs 3.99% prior
That's unwound a lot of the big jumps we saw last week. Those numbers look to have been skewed by some new TRID regulations applicable to mortgage loans. Looks like we had a rush to get business down before the cut
