California recorded a stunning rise in virus infections:

Meanwhile from LA County:
- positivity rate 10.4%
- highest since late April
- based on 7 day MA
The implications of such a high positivity rate is that infections are much, much higher than being published, testing is still too low. Hospitalisations wil remain on an upward trend. Deaths will then follow.
