OPEC has decided that individual members will announce voluntary quota cuts. I really don't think that's a big deal but the market didn't like it and didn't even love when it looked like a regular cut near 1 mbpd.
Now we wait for each member state to announce their voluntary cut and then we'll add up the numbers.
