The US treasury will auction off $21 billion of 30 year bonds at the top of the hour. The six-month averages of the major components shows:

• Bid to cover 2.35X
• Tail +0.2 basis points
• Directs 19.7%
• Indirects 68.5%
• Dealers 11.7%

The last option came in at a high yield of 3.661%. The current yield is trading 3.758% for the 30 year bond.
