The WestPac-MI index of consumer confidence in Australia rose 1.2 point to 105.3.
AUD/JPY is again showing high volatility, up 100 pips since the NY close. After yesterday’s gyrations and the vertical uptrend which preceded that, this is certainly not a pair for the faint of heart.
