JPMorgan economists revise forecasts

The dovish Fed decision has weighed on the US dollar. Economists are scaling back hike expectations in the aftermath.

JPMorgan was looking for a hike in June, Sept and Dec but now says it's best guess is a hike in July and another in December.

A hike in June is unlikely because the meeting is just a week before the Brexit vote. Economists Michael Feroli writes that the Fed may be trying to run a "high pressure labor market" in order to keep conditions tight and rekindle inflation.
