The speech title is "Some Reflections on the World of Central Banking"
Which sort of makes it difficult to imagine what he will be talking about, or, more accurately what he won't be talking about. That's a pretty broad speech topic.
Maybe he will reflect on the NZ inflation rate being below target for about the past 5 years? Or how dairy prices have recently bounced (quite well) from their plunge (how much of this is due to the withholding of supply is moot). Or how the NZD in turn, has also bounced.
Anyway, we'll soon see.
